Temple Bowman, the oldest member of the Ararat Ruritans, recently received the Tom Downing Award. Bowman has consistently worked with the community of Ararat and has been the treasurer of Ruritans for over 30 years. He has received Ararat Ruritan of the Year award numerous times in the past.
