The Reynolds Homestead Volunteer of the Year for 2015 award was presented to Ceia Webb by Julie Walters Steele, director of the Reynolds Homestead. Webb, a trained historical interpreter who gives tours of the historical home, has also been instrumental, along with other volunteers, in planning and organizing the Reynolds Homestead American Music Series concerts for the past several years.
