A logging truck driven by Kevin Strother overturned after taking a turn too fast at 3859 Jeb Stuart Highway near Cockram’s Mill Monday around 12:30 p.m. The truck struck the left side of a bridge, causing no structural damage but necessitating an estimated $3,000 in repairs. The Patrick County Sheriff’s Office and Meadows of Dan Volunteer Fire Department were dispatched to the accident site.
