The August meeting at the Red Bank Ruritan Club started with the club giving David Larry Lawson III a Ruritan Double Your Dollar scholarship. Pictured is President Roger presenting the check to David.
Also at the meeting, because of health issues, President Roger asked the club to replace him through the end of the year. The vice president refused to move up and the club voted Merlin Scales as interim president until December.
