Let’s not forget about long-time residents Halo (tan lab mix) and Harper (red tick). They don’t need to be adopted together, but it would be extra sweet if they were. They were owner surrendered due to family moving. These young girls are wonderful dogs!
Please save a life by adopting your next pet. All dogs and cats at the shelter deserve a permanent, loving home. Call the Patrick County Public Animal Shelter at (276) 694-6259, visit the shelter or check out their Facebook page for information about these and other available pets in need of a forever home. Adoption fees are $10 and include spay/neuter and vaccinations.
The Blue Ridge Animal Welfare League provides pet food and spay/neuter assistance. Visit the league’s Facebook page for new videos at https://www.facebook.com/blueridgeawl/.
