The Patrick County High School junior varsity volleyball team dropped two matches last week, falling to Carroll County and Floyd County.

In last Tuesday’s game at Carroll County, the Lady Cougars lost 12-25 and 16-25.

Thursday, they lost at home to Floyd County, 15-25, 25-19, 6-15.

Caroline Vernon had 10 digs, Lauren Largen scored three aces, Keely Belcher had three kills and Juliana Overby scored seven assists.

The JV Lady Cougars played at home against Carroll County Monday night and hosted North Stokes Tuesday night. Thursday, the Lady Cougars travel to Bassett to play the Lady Bengals. Game time
