The Patrick County Junior Varsity Volleyball team won one out of two games this week. On Tuesday, the JV team lost at home in straight sets 22-25 and 12-25 to Floyd County.

Lainie Hopkins with 3 aces, 3 kills, and 7 assists. Elleigh Large with 3 kills, Mackenzie Belcher and Samantha Harris with 4 digs each.

On Thursday, the team traveled to North Strokes and won in straight sets–2 sets: 25-21 and 25-19.  Harris led the team with 9 aces and 2 kills and Hopkins added 8 assists. Abbigail Epperson and Keely Belcher helped the cause with 2 kills each and Gracen Edwards had 5 digs.
