The following cases were heard and disposed of in Patrick County General District Court during the month of April.

Dana Renee Gwyn, of Ararat, was charged with no driver’s license, guilty, fined $100, costs $121.
Chase Trevor Kaufmann, of Woolwine, was charged with public swearing/intoxication, guilty, fined $50, costs $86.
Tommy Dean McMillan Jr., of Mount Airy, N.C., was charged with one count each no driver’s license, guilty in absentia, fined $100, costs $121 and defective equipment, guilty, fined $30, costs $10.
Ashley Renee Moore, of Stuart, was charged with one count each driving under revoke/suspension, appealed, and defective equipment-tag light, guilty, fined $30, costs $61.
Sheena Rene Nolen, of Patrick Springs, was charged with one count each of driving under revoke/suspension, amended to no operator’s license in possession, guilty, fined $10, costs $61 and failed to have vehicle inspected, dismissed.
Eric William Walker, of Stuart, was charged with public swearing/intoxication, guilty, fined $25, costs $86.
Toney Maurice Reynolds, of Stuart, was charged with conceal/price altering merchandise-first offense, guilty, sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, fined $100, costs $86.
Garland Lewis Keith, of Patrick Springs, was charged with one count each driving while intoxicated-first offense, guilty, sentenced to 12 months in jail with 12 months suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, driver’s license suspended for 12 years, fined $250, and costs $196; reckless driving and failure to update license, both dismissed.
Kenneth Monroe Handy, of Meadows of Dan, was charged with animals at large, guilty, fined $25, costs $ 121.
Jalen Davonte Terry, of Martinsville, was charged with no driver’s license, charge amended to no operator’s license in possession, guilty, fined $10, costs $61.
Chad Hancock, of Bassett, was charged with two counts of point/brandish firearm, dismissed, costs $86 on each count.
V.L. Richardson, of North Wilkesboro, N.C., was charged with injur phone line/obstruct message, guilty, sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, fined $100, costs $206.

Donnie Lee Adkins, of Stuart, was charged with one count each driving under revoked/suspended license, guilty in absentia, driver’s license suspended for 30 days, fined $100, costs $121 and operating/permit operation uninsured vehicle, guilty, fined $100, costs $25.
Austin Kenneth Bowman, of Stuart, was charged with driving under revoked/suspended license, dismissed.
Sammy Odell Coleman, of Stuart, was charged with driving under revoked/suspended license, guilty, sentenced to 12 months in jail with 11 months 20 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, driver’s license suspended for 30 days, fined $300, costs $111.
Joseph George Deleo Jr., of Bassett, was charged with reckless driving-operator failed to maintain control, appealed.
Mindi Ann Harris, of Stuart, was charged with reckless driving-speed excess 80 mph, appealed.
Devin Stanton Hill, of Claudville, was charged with driving under revoked or suspended license, amended to no operator license in possession, guilty, fined $10, costs $61.
Quinn William Horton, of Stuart, was charged with reckless driving, amended to improper driving, guilty, fined $100, costs $61.
Jeffery Cecil Inman, of Woolwine, was charged with one count each of improper/fictitious registration/title/plate, dismissed; failure to obtain registration/title, dismissed; inadequate hazard lights, guilty, fined $30, costs $61; improper exhaust system, dismissed, and two counts of defective equipment, dismissed.
Bradley Ryan Kendrick, of Stuart, was charged with public swearing/intoxication, guilty, fined $25, costs $121.
Shirley Kay Van Gilder, of Meadows of Dan, was charged with shoplifting/altering merchandise, dismissed, 12 months unsupervised probation, costs $206.
Ricky Odell Walton, of Stuart, was charged with assault, dismissed, costs $71.
Randy Leon Hutchens, of Stuart, was charged with one count each of driving while intoxicated-first offense, not guilty; refused blood/breath test, guilty, driver’s license suspended 12 months; driving under revoked/suspended license, not guilty; improper/fictitious registration/title, guilty, fined $50, costs $25; fail to obtain registration/title, guilty, fined $30, costs $10; fail to have seat secured, guilty, fined $25 and possession of marijuana, guilty, sentenced to 30 days in jail with 28 days suspended, driver’s license suspended for six months, fined $250, costs $316.
Ashton Peery Hunt, of Stuart, was charged with driving while intoxicated-first offense, guilty, sentenced to 12 months in jail with 11 months and 20 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, ignition interlock restriction, driver’s license suspended for 12 months with restricted use to/from work, ASAP meetings, to/from interlock facility for monitoring, fined $250, costs $241.
Seth Andrew Love, of Martinsville, was charged with one count each of driving while intoxicated- first offense, guilty, sentenced to 12 months in jail with 12 months suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, driver’s license suspended for 12 months, fined $250, costs $316 and reckless driving-failure to maintain control, dismissed.

James Burton Lawless, of Roanoke, was charged with overweight of licensed limit, guilty, fined $100, costs $86.
Linda Morgan Cayton, of Kernersville N.C., was charged with one count each of having no valid operator’s license, guilty fined $100, costs $86 and reckless driving – failure to maintain control, amended to improper driving, guilty, fined $50, costs $10.
Paige Desiree Jones, of Ferrum, was charged with one count each of driving under revoked/suspended license, guilty, sentenced to 12 months in jail with 11 months 20 days suspended, driver’s license suspended for 30 days, fined $300, costs $201; operation/permit operator of uninsured vehicle, guilty, fined $100, costs $25; improper/fictitious registration/title/plate, guilty, fined $25, costs $25; fail to drive on right side of highway, guilty, fined $30, costs $10; fail to obtain registration/title, dismissed; fail to have vehicle inspected, guilty, fined $30, costs $10; and insufficient tread on tires, guilty, fined $30, costs $10.
Jose Joel Lozano, of Thomasville N.C., was charged with driving commercial motor vehicle without a license, dismissed.
Shonna Dale Spence, of Stuart, was charged with having no driver’s license, guilty in absentia, fined $100, costs $121.
Deanna Barker, of Patrick Springs, was charged with assault, dismissed, costs $216.
James Laron Cox, of Spencer, was charged with one count each of driving while intoxicated – first offense, guilty, sentenced to 12 months in jail with 11 months 25 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, driver’s license suspended 12 months, fined $250, costs $241 and driving under revoked/suspended license, dismissed.
Judy Light Hutchens, of Stuart, was charged with reckless driving, amended to failure to drive on right side of highway, guilty, fined $30, costs $151.
Joshua Allen Jarrard, of Woolwine, was charged with one count each of profane language over public airway, guilty, sentenced to 30 days jail with 30 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, fined $75, costs $141 and harassment by computer, guilty, sentenced to 30 days jail with 30 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, fined $50, costs $70.

Christopher G. Collins, of Carsboro N.C., was charged with improper/fictitious registration/title/plate, dismissed.
Michelle A. Gwynn, of Stuart, was charged with reckless driving – operating with improper brakes, guilty, fined $150, costs $121.
Kerry R. Powell, of Stuart, was charged with one count each operation/permitting operation uninsured vehicle, appealed; failed to obtain registration/title, guilty, fined $30, costs $10; failure to have vehicle inspected, appealed; improper/fictitious registration/title/plate, guilty, fined $25, costs $121; and driving under revoked/suspended license, appealed.
Ashley A. Price, of Reidsville N.C., was charged with one count each improper/fictitious registration/title/plates, dismissed and improper driving, guilty, fined $50, costs $61.
Angela Dawn Vipperman, of Claudville, was charged with one count each of fail to have vehicle inspected, appealed; improper/fictitious registration/title/plates, appealed; and operation/permitting operation uninsured vehicle, appealed.
Mary Alma Wright, of Stuart, was charged with no driver’s license, guilty, fined $100, costs $86.
Billy Jo Hall, of Stuart, was charged with one count each of driving under revoked/suspended license, guilty, sentenced to 12 months in jail with 11 months and 15 days suspended, fined $500, costs $254.20; operation/permitting operation uninsured vehicle, guilty, fined $100, costs $25; failure to carry or exhibit license, guilty, fined $10, costs $10; failure to obtain registration/title, dismissed; and improper use of inspection sticker, dismissed.
Reba Ranzo Shough, of Martinsville, was charged with failure to appear for arraignment, not guilty and two counts of larceny: bad checks, nolle prosequi.
