A tractor-trailer overturned Monday morning while traveling east on U.S. 58, near the bottom of the Lovers Leap area. The cab, trailer and debris was strewn into a nearby field. The driver reportedly was transported to the emergency room at Sovah Health – Martinsville. The truck is owned by Hawk N Trans Trucking LLC, a trucking company in Memphis Tenn. The owner of the company was not immediately available for comment by press time Tuesday. The incident remains under investigation by Virginia State Police Trooper Noah Knight.
