The Patrick County Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
Benton Hall, 55, of Stuart, was charged Aug. 30 with Assault and battery. Deputy J. D. Hubbard made the arrest.
Evelyn Lynn Branch,38, of Stuart, was charged Sept. 1 with assault. Deputy C. Gilbert made the arrest.
Christopher Housten Collins, 29, of Stuart was charged Sept. 1 with DWI. Deputy J. D. Hubbard made the arrest.
Jessica Lauren Goodwin, 29, of Danville was charged Sept. 1 with monument: intentional damage. Deputy C. L. Elgin made the arrest.
Silas Samuel Crane Sr., 41, of Stuart, was charged Sept. 1 with violation of a protective order. Deputy J. G. Pickerel made the arrest.
Brad J. Banner, 39, of Hays Nc., was charged Sept. 4 with bank note/coin forgery 3rd offence. Deputy B. L. Vipperman made the arrest.
