The second annual Replenish Festival will be held July 9 at the Burnett Farm at 5595 Indian Valley Rd., Willis. Gates will open at noon.
The festival will include a motorcycle ride in memory of Bobby and Pam Clark who attended last year to promote their Biker Church . Registration starts at 10 a.m. and kickstands go up at 11 a.m. It will begin at Volvo Union Hall located at 5110 Cougar Trail Road, Dublin, and end at the festival grounds in Floyd County. There is no charge to participate in the ride .
Liberty University, a Replenish level sponsor, will be giving away several prizes at the festival, including a $16,500 scholarship, an autographed electric guitar and a Go-Pro camera. Stop by their booth on-site for all the details.
Another addition this year is the duck race. For $2, participants can rent a numbered duck and send it for a swim down the creek. Prizes will be awarded for grown-ups and kids alike.
Festival fun will again include inflatables for the kids, sand art, camping ($10 per campsite), a bonfire, shopping with various merchandise vendors, and delicious foods from various food vendors. An after-party barn dance will be held under the big tent after the last concert at the main stage.
Music will be provided by All Came As One, Not About Me, Reverb Worship, and Fritz Schindler. The headlining act will be Grammy-nominated Building 429, which has been part of the Winter Jam tour, and the JJ Weeks Band, whose hit song “Let Them See You” was a top 20 song for over 30 weeks.
Saturday night will include a message from Liberty University’ s David Wheeler. On Sunday morning there will be a chance to worship with Reverb Worship and a message from the Rev. Patricia Farrell. For those who wish to be baptized, the festival will offer baptism in the creek after the Sunday service.
Tickets for the festival are required on Saturday, but Sunday is a free day open for all who would like to participate in an outdoor worship service.
Early bird pricing is offered with tickets starting at $20 for adults (ages 13 and up). An adult ticket at the gate will be $25. Junior ticket pricing (ages 6-12) will be $5 in advance and $8 at the gate. Children (five and under) are admitted free. Group ticket rates include buy nine and get the tenth ticket free.
