The Beautiful Baby Contest and Miss Patrick County Fair Pageants were held Saturday at Rotary Field, with winners ranging from tiny babies to grown-up beauties. Winners in each category (not in order) were Beautiful Babies: 0-4 months, Teagan Combs, winner; Leo Swisher, most photogenic; 5-9 months, Scarlette Pascale, winner; Zoey Yates, most photogenic; 10-16 months, Jalen Lowe, winner; 11-24 months, Chloee Harne, winner; Kipton Vipperman, most photogenic; Patrick County Fair: Wee Miss, Kendra Vipperman, winner and most photogenic; Little Miss, Kali Edwards, winner; Savanna Fain, most photogenic; Young Miss, Kiley Martin, winner; Syndi Turner, most photogenic; Preteen, Lauren Murphy, winner; Ms., Melissa Wall, winner and most photogenic; Junior Miss, Kelley Pickeral, winner and Most Photogenic; Miss Patrick County Fair 2016, Ragan Hundley, winner and most photogenic. Kiley Martin was named Miss Community Service for bringing 456 cans of food for the Patrick County Community Food Bank. Scarlette Pascale was named Miss Personality for raising $500 for the Caring Hearts Free Clinic. Tammy Bowles was the director of the pageants, which had 38 contestants. The stage was decorated by Anna Lester of Stuart Gas and Oil, president of Stuart Rotary Club.
