Bull Mountain Arts won the Patrick County Chamber of Commerce’s table decoration contest at the Stuart Spooktacular. The arts group created a fortune teller booth and a pumpkin witch table to hand out goodies, according to Rebecca Adcock, executive director of the chamber.
“See you next year at the 7th annual Stuart Spooktacular,” she added.
