March 1 is the deadline for the Real Estate Tax Relief Applications for the Elderly & Handicapped for 2022. Previous years applicants were mailed an application in January. Applicants will need to submit applications and verification by the deadline date. Taxes from all previous years must be paid before applications will be considered.
The Commissioner of the Revenue office is located in the Patrick County Veterans Memorial Building, at 106 Rucker St, Room 220. Anyone with questions may call the office at (276) 694-7131.
