Patrick County Master Gardeners Norma Bozenmayer and Janice Wood present a $1,400 donation to Penny Belcher, of the Patrick County Developmental Center. The funds are to support the organization’s programs. The donation represents half of the proceeds of the recent Master Gardener plant sale.
