The Patrick County Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
*Randall Shane Cassell, 33, of Bassett, was charged June 17 with three counts of probation violation on a felony offense and one count of probation violation. Sgt. W.D. Haymore made the arrest for Franklin County.
*David Wayne Cox, 50, of Patrick Springs, was charged June 19 with two counts of pointing/brandishing a firearm and one count of reckless handling of a firearm. Deputy E. Vernon was the arresting officer.
*Kendra Pauley Barker, 33, of Stuart, was charged June 19 with fail to appear. Deputy M. Harris was the arresting officer.
*Justin Leon Hylton, 31, of Stuart, was charged June 19 with fail to appear. Deputy C. Gilbert was the arresting officer.
*Strother Talbert Fulcher, III, 39, of Stuart, was charged June 21 with probation violation. Henry County made the arrest for Patrick County.
*Tyler Ray Shough, 27, of Woolwine, was charged June 22 with embezzlement. Senior Trooper J.N. Mabe was the arresting officer.
*Waylon Douglas Ryder, 43, of Martinsville, was charged June 23 with fail to comply with court order. Martinsville PD made the arrest for Patrick County.
