Lots of learning and fun was on tap Saturday at the Patrick County Master Gardener’s Learning Garden. More than 40 attended the fall vegetable planting workshop that included information about cover crops and extending the growing season. Demonstrations of mini hoop houses and tower gardens also was included.
The next learning garden workshop will focus on microclimates. It will be held on September 17, at 10 a.m. in the Learning Garden, located at 1208 Tudor Orchard Road, Stuart. (Contributed photos)
