The Varsity Boys Basketball Team picked up their second win in a row on the road at Staunton River, 56-54. The Cougars were up 22-19 at the half.
Jaivontae Penn, who put up 26 points in the game, scored 24 of those points in the second half. With 6 seconds left on the clock, and the Cougars down by 1, Penn hit a three-pointer to take the lead and the win.
David Smith put up 12 points for Patrick County. Payton Stovall had 10 rebounds and 8 assists.
