The Patrick County Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
*Jessica Sutphin Smith, 40, of Madison, N.C., was charged Jan. 24 with fail to appear. Deputy D. Phillips was the arresting officer.
*Wendy Jean Slaughter, 44, of Hillsville, was charged Jan. 25 with drive while intoxicated. Senior Trooper R. S. Lawson was the arresting officer.
*Jessica Marie Lynch, 34, of Eden, N.C., was charged Jan. 25 with two counts of probation violation. Sgt. D. Celozzi made the arrest for Franklin County.
