The Patrick County Animal Welfare (PAWS) group is reorganizing its popular Spay/Neuter Voucher program, which will be temporarily on hold for an estimated 2 to 6 weeks, according to a recent news release.
The agency cannot be reached in the interim, however, the restart of the program will be announced in The Enterprise “Pets of the Week,” on WHEO, and on PAWS Facebook page.
