The Patrick County Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
*Carl Richard Eberhardt, 60, of Stuart, was charged July 14 with drive while intoxicated. Lt. D.L. Foley was the arresting officer.
*August Bailey Holt, 23, of Stuart, was charged July 14 with assault. Deputy J.G. Pickerel was the arresting officer.
*Steve Adam English, 41, of Arrington, was charged July 16 with three counts of fail to appear. Deputy M.R. Hodges made the arrest for Danville PD and Nelson County.
*Casey Marie Henderson, 36, of Patrick Springs, was charged July 18 with fail to appear. Deputy C.L. Elgin was the arresting officer.
*Tanya Leahann Branch, 42, of Patrick Springs, was charged July 19 with one count each obtain money by false pretense and grand larceny steal. Sgt. C. Frick was the arresting officer.
*William Scott Jackson, 49, of Woolwine, was charged July 19 with malicious wounding. Inv. Linda Martin and Trooper Grant Foley were the arresting officers.
*Jeffrey Wayne Rogers, 63, of Stuart, was charged July 20 with one count each take ginseng not in season, take/possess endangered/threatened species, petty larceny, and interfere with property rights of another. Deputy J.G. Pickerel was the arresting officer.
*William Daniel Rogers, 55, of Stuart, was charged July 20 with one count each take ginseng not in season, take/possess endangered/threatened species, petty larceny, and interfere with property rights of another. Deputy J.G. Pickerel was the arresting officer.
*Karleigh Jean Rorrer, 20, of Stuart, was charged July 20 with one count each disregard law enforcement command and reckless drive. Deputy A. Kinney was the arresting officer.
