These pictures were sent to The Enterprise by Betty Hayes of Laurel Fork with the following request:
“My father, Cecil Spencer, was raised in Patrick County. I found these old pictures in his papers and none of the family knows who they were. I thought maybe you would like to print them in your paper to see if anyone would know them.”
Anyone who can identify the people in these photos may write to Hayes care of The Enterprise at P.O. Box 348, Stuart, Va., 24171, or call (276) 694-3101. A staff member from The Enterprise will forward the messages and mail to Hayes’ home address.
