The Patrick County Chamber of Commerce announced the return of the Chamber Christmas Bonus Program. Thanks to the extraordinary generosity of an anonymous donor, the Chamber has once again been entrusted with funds to award five Patrick County residents a $1,000 Christmas bonus. Winners will be selected through a random drawing.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, employees must work for a Patrick County company, organization, corporation, business, or county department/office (including the school system) and must earn $60,000 or less annually. Employees must also meet the following criteria:
- Be a Patrick County resident.
- Have worked a minimum of 28 hours per week for at least two years for a qualifying Patrick County employer.
- For new businesses operating less than two years: Employees who have worked the majority of the time since opening are eligible if all other requirements are met.
- Earn $60,000 per year or less.
- A maximum of 50 entries per company/organization. Each individual school may nominate up to 50 employees.
- Entries must be submitted via the official Google Form by business owners, HR personnel, supervisors, school principals, or administrators.
- No family or friend nominations.
- Only one winner per company/organization.
- Business owners are not eligible.
- Past winners are not eligible.
Employers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of nominations. While the Chamber may contact an employer to confirm eligibility, it is not obligated to verify information provided on the submission forms.
Timeline
- Contest Opens: November 18, 2025
- Entry Deadline: December 12, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.
- Drawing Held: December 15, 2025
- Bonus Delivery: Checks will be delivered to winners at their workplaces during business hours between December 15–20, 2025.
