Rotary Trail tree project helps identify native species

Members of the Southwest Piedmont Master Naturalists recently installed tree-identification signs at Rotary Trail. Pictured are Julie Curier, front, and Norma Bozenmayer, middle. Wayne Kirkpatrick, rear, and Kurt Bozenmayer also helped with the project. Kurt Bozenmayer is not pictured.
The trail is open to the public. Join Rotary Club members and interested citizens for a trail workday on April 12 at 2 p.m. at the trail head kiosk.
