The Patrick Springs Ruritan Club will sponsor a BBQ fundraiser to support Envision Critz’s plans for a community center and park. BBQ will be served from 11 a.m. t0 3 p.m. at the Reynolds Homestead. Plates are $15 and include either a BBQ pulled pork or BBQ pulled chicken sandwich, baked beans, slaw, chips, drink, and dessert. Dine in or carry out options are available. There will also be a baked good auction and a selection of items for sale that have been donated by Envision Critz.
The Meadows of Dan Women’s Club will host Bingo Night at Meadows of Dan Community Center. Doors open at 5 p.m.; games start at 6 p.m. Food will be available for sale.

Parks and Recreation offers soccer registration for the 2026-27 school year. Students aged 3 to 14 (7th grade or under) as of July 25, are eligible to participate.
