Alease Epperson was hanging curtains when she caught a glimpse of this bear out of her window. Epperson said she and her husband, Golden Epperson, have seen many bears near their Claudville home. The most recent stayed long enough to briefly perch in an apple tree, then ambled into the woods. (Contributed by Golden Epperson)
