Pioneer Health Services is working on an Interim Management agreement to coincide with the Asset Purchase Agreement for the hospital in Patrick County, according to a recent update from PHS corporate.
The update did not include additional details or information.
Pioneer filed a Chapter 11 reorganization plan on March 31, 2016, according to previous reports.
