Patrick County Sheriff Dan Smith reported the following arrests:
- Jason Leonard Staples, 36, of Martinsville, was charged March 7 with a probation violation. The Martinsville Police Department made the arrest for Patrick.
- Robert Graham Hancock, Jr., 25, of Spencer, was charged March 7 with monument damage, with Maj. G. Brown making the arrest; and two counts of bail piece release, with Lt. David Jones making the arrest.
- Brian James Addonizio, 33, of Ft. Walton Beach, Fla., was charged March 7 with two counts of sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance and one count possess Schedule I or II drug with intent to distribute.
