The Patrick County Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
*Mary Kay Cox, 48, address unavailable, was charged May 10 with probation violation. Franklin County made the arrest for Patrick County.
*Steven Markley Morrison, 67, of Patrick County Jail, was charged May 10 with contempt of court. Senior Deputy J.S. Kendrick was the arresting officer.
*Lawrence McKinley Martin, 64, of Winston-Salem, NC, was charged May 10 with one count each attempt to obtain money by false pretense, ID Theft attempt to use of ID with intent to defraud, and identity theft: possess fictitious ID card. Master Deputy M.T. Rorrer made the arrest for Martinsville.
*Taylor Lynn Bowman, 25, of Martinsville, was charged May 19 with fail to comply with conditions of bond. Sgt. L.K. Carroll, Jr., was the arresting officer.
