Sheriff Dan Smith reported the following arrests:
• Larry William Thornton Jr., 42, of Stuart, was arrested July 11 on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Deputy J.W. Kruse made the arrest.
• Kasa Ikeame Kelley, 25, of Roanoke, was arrested July 8 on a charge of failure to appear for a review.
Roanoke County made the arrest for Patrick County.
• Clinton Lewis Haley, 39, of Stoneville, N.C., was arrested July 11 on a charge of failure to appear in court.
Deputy D. Dillon made the arrest.
• James Matthew Conner, 54, of Stuart, was arrested July 11 on a charge of probation violation.
Lt. Mark Sowder made the arrest.
• Philgene Montgomery Jr., 44, of Claudville, was arrested July 12 on a charge of grand larceny.
Deputy D.A. Gray made the arrest.
• Kevin Kelly Katzer, 44, of Martinsville, was arrested July 12 on a capias for support.
Deputy Lewis Carroll Jr. made the arrest.
• Nathan Lee McAdams, 23, of Stuart, was arrested July 13 on a charge of assault on a family member.
Deputy J.G. Pickerel made the arrest.
• Brittany Nicole Fain, 21, of Stuart, was arrested July 14 on a charge of animal cruelty.
Deputy Margie Stowe made the arrest.
