The Patrick County Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
*Wayne Elmo Cassady II, 33, of Stuart, was charged Sept. 2 with assault. Deputy R.S. Martin was the arresting officer.
*William David Fain, 32, of Patrick Springs, was charged Sept. 3 with probation violation. Sgt. Lewis K. Carroll Jr. was the arresting officer.
*Wayne Elmo Cassady II, 33, of Stuart, was charged Sept. 4 with one count each violation of protective order and assault on law enforcement officer. Deputy R.S. Martin was the arresting officer.
*Lawrence Casey Hughes, 44, of Fieldale, was charged Sept. 5 with drive while intoxicated. Deputy C.L. Adkins was the arresting officer.
*Pierre Quartez Scales, 32, address unavailable, was charged Sept. 6 with probation violation. Franklin County made the arrest for Patrick County.
*Keith Edward Hughes, 56, of Meadows of Dan, was charged Sept. 6 with violation of protective order. Inv. Tennille E. Jessup was the arresting officer.
*Allison Renee Hodges, 33, address unavailable, was charged Sept. 7 with probation violation. Henry County made the arrest for Patrick County.
*Jessica Marie Lynch, 34, of Patrick County Jail, was charged Sept. 8 with two counts of probation violation on felony offenses. Sgt. B. Webb made the arrest for Franklin County.
*Kevin Ray Bowman, 41, of Woolwine, was charged Sept. 8 with one count each embezzlement and unauthorized use of vehicle. Lt. D.L. Foley was the arresting officer.
*Julie Ann Simpson, 43, of Stuart, was charged Sept. 9 with assault. Deputy C. Gilbert was the arresting officer.
