The Patrick County Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
*Jerry Marshall, 49, of Stuart, was charged Nov. 3 with sexual battery. Deputy Doug Perry was the arresting officer.
*Ronald Neal Sutphin, 58, address unavailable, was charged Nov. 4 with probation violation. Deputy C. Gilbert was the arresting officer.
*Casey Marie Henderson, 35, of Patrick Springs, was charged Nov. 7 with two counts fail to appear and one count probation violation. Sgt. L.K. Carroll Jr. was the arresting officer.
*Seth Harmon Wade, 32, of Stuart, was charged Nov. 7 with two counts of strangulation. Deputy C.L. Elgin was the arresting officer.
*Amber Nicole McMillian, 27, of Cana, was charged Nov. 8 with fail to appear. Carroll County made the arrest for Patrick County.
*Crystal Gayle Bowman, 40, of Cana, was charged Nov. 8 with probation violation. Carroll County made the arrest for Patrick County.
*David Clyde Fain, 50, of Stuart, was charged Nov. 9 with fail to appear. Deputy E. Sain was the arresting officer.
*Randall Graham Harris Jr., 43, of Collinsville, was charged Nov. 9 with fail to appear. Franklin County made the arrest for Patrick County.
*Christopher Allen Collier, 34, of Henry County Jail, was charged Nov. 9 with probation violation. Henry County made the arrest.
