The Patrick County Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
*Jessica Sutphin Smith, 40, of Madison, N.C., was charged Dec. 30 with drive while intoxicated. Lt. D.L. Foley was the arresting officer.
*Brandon Lee Bowman, 36, of Stuart, was charged Dec. 30 with fail to appear. Deputy J.G. Pickerel was the arresting officer.
*Ricardo Rodriguez Juarez, 19, of Stuart, was charged Jan. 1 with one count each drive while intoxicated and purchase or possess by person less than age 21. Deputy J.C. Fortner was the arresting officer.
*Brikk Michael Bennett, 34, of Spencer, was charged Jan. 1 with obstruction of justice. Deputy F.M. Hubbard was the arresting officer.
*William Dean Nelson, 33, of Dobson, N.C., was charged Jan. 2 with fail to appear. Deputy C. Frick was the arresting officer.
