The Patrick County Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
*Cory Adam Martin, 34, no address available, was charged Jan. 16 with interfere with property rights of another. Deputy E. Sain was the arresting officer.
*Walter Elbert Spence III, 47, no address available, was charged Jan. 17 with probation violation. Henry County made the arrest for Patrick County.
*Justin Leon Hylton, 32, of Bassett, was charged Jan. 17 with strangulation. Inv. Tennille E. Jessup was the arresting officer.
*Jordan Anthony Capps, 21, of Spencer, was charged Jan. 17 with intentional damage to a monument. Sgt. L.K. Carroll Jr. was the arresting officer.
*Justin Hylton, 32, of Stuart, was charged Jan. 18 with abduction. Inv. Tennille. E. Jessup was the arresting officer.
*Gavin Zachary Hunter Moore, 31, of Patrick County Jail, was charged Jan. 19 with probation violation. Sgt. J.D. Lewis made the arrest for Wythe County.
