Patrick County Sheriff Dan Smith reported the following arrests:
• Casey Daniel Stanley, 31, of Ridgeway, was charged Dec. 29 with grand larceny. The Henry County Sheriff’s Office made the arrest for Patrick County.
• Justin Grover Tanner, 28, of Cana, was charged Dec. 29 with three counts grand larceny and one count breaking and entering. Inv. Terry Mikels and Lt. Mark Sowder made the arrest.
• Morgan Dawn Goins, 28, Ararat, charged Dec. 29 with entering a dwelling at night with intent to commit assault and battery/larceny, petty larceny and obstruction of justice. Deputy Oscar Tejeda made the arrest.
• Sara Anne Scott, 26, Stuart, charged Dec. 29 with petty larceny. Deputy Lewis Carroll made the arrest.
• James Charles Anderson, 32, Stuart, charged Jan. 2 with fail to appear. Deputy Jacob Hubbard made the arrest.
• Michael Bernard Quate, 64, of Stuart, was charged Jan. 4 with abuse of incapacitated adult. Investigator Brian Hubbard made the arrest.
• Brandon Ortega Reid, 31, Martinsville, charged Jan. 5 with five counts of distributing a controlled substance, second or subsequent offense. Deputy Cole Newman made the arrest.
• Jeanne Ellen Collins, 46, Stuart, charged Jan. 5 with failure to appear. Investigator Linda Martin made the arrest.
• Ronald Lee Turner, 55, Stuart, charged Jan. 5 with profane swearing or intoxication in public. Investigator Mikels made the arrest.
• James Albert Havens, 38, Patrick Springs, charged Jan. 5 with intentional damage. Deputy Dustin Foley made the arrest.
• Raymond Charles Peggins, 43, Stuart, charged Jan. 5 with public swearing or intoxication and revocation of probation. Deputy Daniel Gray made the arrest.
• April Virginia Bowe, 41, Charleston, W. Va., charged Jan. 6 with driving while intoxicated, first offense. Deputy Tejeda made the arrest.
