The Patrick County Sheriff’s office reported the following:
Benjamin Emanuel Manns, 41, of Patrick County Jail, was charged July 7 with violation of good behavior. Sgt. M.A. Holland made the arrest.
Chet Craft Perdue, 22, of Meadows of Dan, was charged July 8 with using a firearm in commission of a felony, attempted murder, and maliciously shoot/throw into occupied building. Sgt. L.E. Cassady made the arrest.
Austin Shane Hayden, 23, of Claudville, was charged July 9 with DWI. Deputy D.L. Foley made the arrest.
Gary Wayne Tilley Jr., 32, of Stuart, was charged July 10 with obstruction of justice. Investigator Danny Martin made the arrest.
James Brian Farmer, 39, of Westfield, N.C., was charged July 10 with reckless driving: speed in excess of 80 mph and law enforcement command: continuing to drive 20 plus mph, endanger and drive without license. Deputy M. Craig made the arrest.
Gary Wayne Tilley Sr., 53, of Stuart, was charged July 10 with obstruct justice; assault and batter on law-enforcement officer; and intentional damage, value less than $1,000. Investigator D.L. Martin made the arrest.
Brittany Lynn Pickering, 28, of Stuart, was charged July 11 with assault and battery. Deputy Lewis Carroll Jr. made the arrest.
Christopher Omar Martin, 21, of Collinsville, was charged July 11 with identity theft: use to avoid arrest and fleeing from law-enforcement officer. Henry County made the arrest for Patrick County.
David Lee Kendrick, 57, of Patrick Springs, was charged July 11 with reckless handling of firearm, pointing/brandishing firearm and concealed weapon. Investigator Brian Hubbard made the arrest.
Flavio B. Lopez, 28, of Patrick Springs, was charged July 11 with fail to appear. Deputy Lewis Carroll Jr. made the arrest for Henry County.
Kamarr King, 39, of Patrick County Jail, was charged July 12 with probation violation. Deputy Richard Duncan made the arrest.
Donna Lynn Goins, 46, of Stuart, was charged July 12 with possess marijuana, second or subsequent offense. Trooper N.D. Knight made the arrest.
Sara Anne Scott, 26, of Stuart, was charged July 13 with drive motor vehicle while license revoked/suspended, third or subsequent offense. Trooper R. Dillon made the arrest.
Justin Wyatt Woodall, 35, of Claudville, was charged July 13 with petit larceny, third offense. Deputy D.L. Foley made the arrest.
