The Patrick County Chamber of Commerce invites everyone to the chamber block party from 6 to 9 p.m. on Friday, May 27, at 103B Stonewall Court.
The event is sponsored by Branch Highways and admission is free.
The chamber’s block parties offer music and food in a family-friendly atmosphere.
Live music will be performed by Silvertree, which is making its block party debut this year. The group formed more than 30 years ago, and recently four of the original members—Cecil Murray Akers, Dean Steele, Cindee Mason and Bobby Rorrer, have revived their old sound.
Stanburn Winery will provide a paid wine tasting and the Reynolds Homestead will bring a beer garden.
