The Patrick County Blood Drive is scheduled for Tuesday, June 7 from 12:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the John D. Hooker Building at Rotary Field in Stuart.
We welcome all donors, those who will give for the first time and dedicated donors who have given before, with or without appointments.
I do not know what June’s goal will be until the day of, but it would be exciting to report collecting another 40+ blood units!
Please remember, the Red Cross wants to remind everyone that you can save up to 15 minutes at your upcoming appointment with RapidPass!
It just takes four simple steps. On the day of your donation:
1. Visit redcrossblood.org/RapidPass*
2. Read the pre-donation information
3. Answer the health history questions
4. Print your pass and/or email it to your mobile device**
Your time is valuable. Make the most of it.
June’s blood drive is sponsored by Billy Martin Racing and our local Subway. Both sponsors have been long-time supporters of the blood drive. Please support the, as they support our efforts to provide blood units for distribution by the American Red Cross.
If you are interested in becoming a blood drive volunteer, please stop by Rotary Field during June’s drive or call 694-0272. Giving back to your community by volunteering with the blood drive can be a very rewarding experience. Our volunteers have a blast.
Please consider giving blood. It would be one of the most satisfying and rewarding acts of your lifetime.
See you at there on June 7
Gene Stirewalt,
Blood Drive Coordinator
