Dr. Riley Bowers was selected as Campbell University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences professor of the year. The selection process was completed in April. Bowers teaches in the pharmacy program in the clinical kinetics and drug therapy courses.
A 2009 graduate of Patrick County High School, Riley completed his doctorate at Campbell University in 2015.
He is married to the former Lizzy Corn, who is also a graduate of Patrick County High School and completed her doctorate in physical therapy in 2016 at Campbell University.
Bowers is the son of Tim and Annette Bowers. Grandparents are Charles and Winnie Smith and the late Lenwood and Bessie Bowers.
