The Patrick County Varsity Boys cruised to an easy 86-36 win at home on January 18, against Chatham. Every Cougar scored in the victory over the Cavaliers.
Jai Penn led the Cougars with 27 points. He had 7 assists, 3 rebounds, and 2 steals. Payton Stovall had 14 points, 6 rebounds, and 2 assists. David Smith had 10 points, 5 rebounds, 2 steals, and 2 assists. Demontez Hill had 8 points while Michael Nelson and T.J. Wimbush had 6 points each. Nate Large had 4 points for the Cougars. Tyler Stowe-Holt, Noah Jessup, Armando Cisneros, Jack Barbour, and Seth Beasley had 2 points each, and Jalen Hagwood added 1 point.
