Members of the family of Dorothy (Dotty) Griffith wish to express their thanks for everything you have done for her, and for them during her extended illness and passing. There are simply no words to describe how much it means to us. Each act of kindness, be it a card, a call, a visit, food, flowers, donations made in her memory: thank you. Most of all, thank you for your prayers. She was loved by all who knew her.
A special thank you goes to The Brian Center staff in Fincastle for their special care; and also for the beautiful service carried out by Rev. Tim Hunt and Rev. Gerald Melton. Thank you to her beloved friends for the songs performed: Bubba Chandler, Allen and Deb Mills, and to her granddaughter, Alison Hall Harris for her rendition of “Amazing Grace.” Thanks also to Woolwine United Methodist Church members for the delicious meal provided.
