Clark Gas & Oil is honored to share its success with the community it serves by recently contributing $51,500 to 24 volunteer and non-profit organizations in Patrick County.
These funds will be used for propane and heating oil assistance for Clark’s local customers experiencing financial distress, food, medical needs, additional training, new equipment and school projects around the county.
“We gather with the thought of sharing our blessings with these organizations who help make our county such a wonderful place to live,” said Blair Clark, president. “As our business grows, we in turn want to pass on this favor by contributing to our county’s schools, non-profit and volunteer groups that help enhance the quality of life for our citizens. We honor each group that is represented here and thank them for their service and how they are positively influencing our community.”
The Patrick County organizations that were honored included: Ararat Fire, CCDF Fire and Rescue, Meadows of Dan Fire, Moorefield Store Fire, Patrick Springs Fire, Patrick Henry Fire, Smith River Rescue, Stuart Fire, Vesta Rescue, Woolwine Fire, Jeb Stuart Rescue, Safety Rope, Stuart Rotary Foundation, Caring Hearts Free Clinic, Patrick County Food Bank, Patrick County Alzheimer’s Group, Patrick County Developmental Center, PARC Workshop, Hardin Reynolds Memorial School, Patrick Springs Primary School, Stuart Elementary School, Woolwine Elementary School, Blue Ridge Elementary School, and Meadows of Dan Elementary School.
