Patrick County High School is holding open shop nights on Mondays from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. There is an annual $10 fee. The following equipment is available: ARC welders, MIG welders, torches, planers (10 boards per person per night), table saw, jointer, wood lathes, and many other metal and woodworking tools. Christian based grief support group that will meet starting on Sunday, February 10 at 5 p.m. at Meadows of Dan Baptist Church. The group is designed to help people rebuild life after losing a loved one. The group will be lead by Pastor Shawn Carter. This is open to the community and you do not have to be a member to join.
