The Administration Office in the Patrick County Veterans Memorial Building will close from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, July 17, in honor of Shirley Rorrer and to allow county employees to attend her funeral.
Rorrer, who was a long-time county employee known to many as “The DMV Lady,” died Monday.
