Cub Scout Pack 69, chartered by Patrick Springs Ruritan Club, recently recognized Scouts for their dedication and advancement in rank during the Annual Blue and Gold Banquet and Advancement Ceremony at Patrick Springs Pentecostal Holiness Church. The event was attended by family and friends.
Highlights of the ceremony included guest speaker Lamar Howell, special achievement recognition, rank presentation, a graduation and bridging ceremony; followed by a dinner.
Crystal Fain, Tiger Cub den leader, presented Zander Fain, Riley Pruitt, Mason Cassell and Mason Fain their Tiger Rank award and awards earned.
Tiffany Stovall and Randy Knight, Wolf Den leaders, presented Christian Hylton, Glenn Stovall, Brayden Conner, Wesley Fulcher, Ben Knight, Will Heath, Vance Perry and Noah Hiatt their Wolf Rank Award and awards earned.
Sandra Heath, Bear Den Leader, presented Xavier Torres, Hunter Smith, Hunter Heath, Gavin Fain, Chance Corns, Owen Nutter, Kieran Rodriguez and Hody Jones their Bear Rank Award and for awards earned.
Mary Handy, Webelos I Den leader, presented Travis Atkins, Colby Layman and Kyle Handy their Webelos 1 Rank Award and awards earned.
George Stovall and Brad Holt presented the Webelos II scouts, Creston McAlister, Ty Stowe, Payton Stovall and Justin Epperson, their Webelos II Rank Award, awards earned and as they graduated from the Pack and crossed over into the Boy Scout Program. All four also earned Cub Scouting’s highest award, the Arrow of Light.
