David Lee Harris Jr., 17, of Crewe, died suddenly due to a tragic vehicle accident on Sunday, September 4, 2016.
He was a junior at Nottoway County High School, loved working on his trucks, hunting and fishing, and was just a good ‘ol caring country boy.
David is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Burrow of Crewe; and father, David Lee Harris of Stuart; his maternal grandmother, Ann Thacker of Crewe; three brothers, Donnie Daniel of Amelia, Jason Lee Harris of Stuart, and Ty Lee Surret of Chatham; one sister, Shelby Darlene Harris of Stuart; and many uncles, aunts, nephews and nieces.
Chapel funeral services were held Friday, September 30, at the Joseph McMillian Funeral Home, 1826 Cox Road (Bus. Hwy. 460), near Blackstone, with burial to follow in Crewe Cemetery.
