Clyde DeLoach, of Stuart, was among the members of the 16th graduating class of the Virginia Certified County Supervisors’ Program during the Virginia Association of Counties (VACo’s) 87th annual conference. DeLoach, who serves the Blue Ridge District on the Patrick County Board of Supervisors, was among 18 graduates of the 18-month certification program.
