Megan Abigail Dunlap, of Woolwine, and Tyler Cleveland Richard Price, of Norwood, Va., were united in marriage on April 28, 2018.
The ceremony and reception were held at The Floyd Ecovillage and Event Center in Floyd, Va.
Megan is the daughter of Lt Col Douglas and Linda Dunlap of Patrick County, Va. Tyler is the son of Cleve and Beth Price of Nelson County, Va.
The wedding service was officiated by Pastor Tim Hunt (cousin of bride), directed by Amanda Hunt (cousin of bride), and music was provided by Jackie Belcher (cousin of bride).
The bridesmaids included Audra Dunlap (matron of honor), Caitlin Price, Claire Price, Emily Griffith Santiago, Ginna Williams Jones, Hannah Smith Roberson, Ashley Ingram, and Allie Myers.
The groomsmen included Cleve Price (best man), Skyler Mills, Spencer Brown, Matthew Dunlap, Ian Dunlap, Colin Dunlap, Drew Cockram, and Marcus Wood.
The flower girl was the bride’s niece, Vivian Dunlap. The ring bearers were the bride’s nephews, Barrett and Jasper Dunlap, and the groom’s brother Jackson Price.
The bride is a student in the Occupational Therapy Doctorate program at Murphy Deming College of Health Sciences and will graduate in May 2019.
The groom is a 2013 graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Forest Operations. He currently works at Greif Riverville Paper Mill and on the family’s cattle farm in Nelson County. Following a honeymoon trip to the Dominican Republic, the couple now lives in Gladstone, Virginia.
