BREAKFAST: (Free to all students) Grab and Go carts in each school; traditional breakfast in dining room:
Mon.: glazed doughnut; Tues:: chocolate chip breakfast bar, biscuit and gravy; Wed.: orange muffin, scrambled eggs with toast; Thurs.: sausage biscuit; Fri.: Veterans’ Day holiday.
Cereal, toast, Pop Tart, string cheese, assorted fruit and juice, and a choice of milk are offered daily. The student must select three food items, including at least 1/2 cup fruit, to have a reimbursable meal.
LUNCH: Mon.: hot dog with chili and onions or fish sandwich with tarter sauce, French fries, coleslaw, baked beans, fruit cup or fresh fruit; Tues: beef taco or chicken wrap, lettuce, tomato, cheese, salsa, cheesy potatoes, refried beans, sweet potato bread, fruit cup/fresh fruit; Wed.: sausage and gravy biscuit or chicken and noodles with biscuit, green peas, sweet potato casserole, fruit cup/fresh fruit; Thurs.: lasagna with roll or pork patty with gravy and roll, lima beans, buttered corn, fruit cup/fresh fruit; Fri.: holiday.
WOW butter sandwiches (with or without jelly), toasted cheese sandwiches, chef’s salad, tossed salads, and a choice of milk are offered daily.
