BREAKFAST: (Free to all students) Grab and Go carts in each school; traditional breakfast in dining room:
Mon.: glazed doughnut; Tues.: chocolate chip breakfast bar, biscuit and gravy; Wed.: sausage biscuit; Thurs.: French toast sticks; Fri.: orange muffin, scrambled eggs and toast.
Cereal, toast, Pop Tart, string cheese, assorted fruit and juice, and a choice of milk are offered daily.
The student must select three food items, including at least 1/2 cup fruit, to have a reimbursable meal.
LUNCH: Mon.: cheesesticks with pizza sauce or honey barbecue pork rib on bun, coleslaw, green beans, fruit cup or fresh fruit, cookie; Tues.: Italian pasta bake and roll or chicken and gravy with roll, pinto beans, steamed broccoli, fruit cup/fresh fruit; Wed.: corn dog or taco soup with cornbread, Mexican rice, lima beans, corn, fruit cup/fresh fruit; Thurs.: popcorn chicken or deli turkey croissant, quick baked potato, lettuce, tomato, blueberry soup or fresh fruit, gingerbread; Fri.: ham and cheese jalapeno wrap or toasted cheese sandwich, vegetable soup, baked sweet potato with butter and cinnamon sugar, fruit cup/fresh fruit.
WOW butter sandwiches (with or without jelly), toasted cheese sandwiches, chef’s salad, tossed salads, and a choice of milk are offered daily.
